Management International Scholarship Offered by the University of Sheffield
What are the best criteria based on which you plan the following 3 to 6 academic years? Is it its international reputation, diversity, academic excellence or faculty staff, or even better, all of them? Choosing the future place of study is even more important than the career itself because not having the possibility to build a solid but fertilized ground with hands-on knowledge, the career will not have any pillars to rely on. Hence, if you are searching for a university that will confirm all of the above mentioned, the University of Sheffield is the best choice.
The University of Sheffield is a member of the Russell Group of leading UK research universities. Its outstanding performance for excellent teaching and research is constantly confirmed by international independent assessments. It is also a university where diversity is promoted and even rewarded based on the academic results of its students. A proof that supports our affirmation is the Management International Scholarship 2018.
The worth of the award is £2000 and is offered to international undergraduate students starting their studies in the Management School in September 2018. In order to be considered, students must be a national of or permanently domiciled in one of the countries mentioned in this link https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/international/enquiry/money/ugmanagement. The scholarship will be awarded automatically, which means that it is not necessary for you to complete an additional application. Also, this scholarship can be awarded in conjunction with any other scholarship offered by the university, discount or reward as long as you will not become fully funded as a result of the sum of these awards.
Before applying for an undergraduate course at Sheffield via UCAS https://www.ucas.com/ucas/undergraduate/register, it is best to check the university’s general entry requirements, including which UK and International qualifications are accepted as well as the English language and mathematics requirements: https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/undergraduate/apply/requirements. As mentioned before, applications for places on courses starting the following September – excepting Medicine and Dentistry – should be submitted to UCAS between:
- September 1st and January 15th to be guaranteed equal consideration with other applicants
- January 16th and June 30th for further consideration; however your application may not be considered in case all the places on the course you have applied for have been filled.
Keep in mind that you do not need to apply directly for the scholarship but select a subject of your choice and apply for it. Good luck!
